How to delete your account

In this section, you will learn how to delete your account on the Edusav platform.

Here are the steps:

Open the Edusav app.
Select the Account menu.
Select the Edit Profile icon.
Select Profile Information.
Select the Delete Account button.
Select Continue with Account Deletion. You will then be directed to the account deletion reason page.
If you still have a balance in your wallet, select the Transfer Balance icon. You will then be directed to the Edusav Support Team via the WhatsApp number registered on your account. Make sure your registered WhatsApp number has been verified in the app beforehand. The Support Team will assist you with the process.
Click the Request Account Deletion button. You will receive an email from Edusav to confirm the account deletion.
Open your email and click the “Yes, Delete My Account” button.
Your account has now been deleted from the Edusav platform.

Please note that the Google account and phone number previously registered with Edusav cannot be used to create a new account.

Deleted accounts have a 90-calendar-day grace period. During this period, you can still reactivate your previous account by contacting the Edusav Support Team.
